Rizki Estrada, M.P is a Senior Civil Society and Governance Practitioner, researcher, knowledge management professional, and public communication practitioner with extensive experience in civil society engagement, public policy, and citizen participation. Through his longstanding engagement with erkumpulan Inisiatif, Rizki has contributed to knowledge development, policy research, public communication, facilitation, and capacity strengthening for communities and civil society organizations.
Rizki brings substantive experience at the intersection of social accountability, public service governance, public policy, public finance, community empowerment, and inclusive governance. His documented work includes social accountability in water services, social audits, social security policy, tobacco taxation and fiscal decentralization, village community empowerment, and community-based information systems. He also contributed to the development of Bunda TexTalk, an SMS-based communication initiative designed to expand access to maternal, newborn, and child health information through village health workers and midwives. These experiences demonstrate his ability to connect research and knowledge with civic participation, public service innovation, and policy advocacy.
More recently, Rizki has contributed to the agenda of inclusive governance, disability rights, and political participation, including research on the political opportunity structure of youth with disabilities in Bandung and policy engagement on disability protection and inclusive development in West Java. His professional strength lies in connecting research, knowledge, public communication, citizen engagement, and policy advocacy to amplify the voices of communities and strengthen their participation in development and public decision-making.
