Perkumpulan INISIATIF was founded with the aspiration of becoming Indonesia’s center for national leadership—advancing transformative ideas, catalyzing collective action, and shaping a shared future that is just, equitable, sustainable, and prosperous for the well-being of all.

Since its establishment in 2005, INISIATIF has believed that the quality of people’s lives is fundamentally shaped by the quality of leadership—leadership that understands the challenges of a changing world, serves the public interest, and possesses the integrity and capacity to drive meaningful change.
