Adenantera Dwicaksono, Ph.D

Adenantera Dwicaksono is a distinguished development policy scholar, governance expert, and public policy reform practitioner with extensive experience bridging research, policy advocacy, and civil society strengthening in Indonesia. As a Senior Associate of Perkumpulan INISIATIF, he has played an important role in advancing the organization’s intellectual and policy agenda, including through his earlier leadership as Chief of the Public Policy Reform Division. Adenantera holds a Bachelor’s degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), a Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne, and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from the State University of New York at Albany. As an academic and researcher at ITB, he continues to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in development and public policy.
